Q: Who do we contact to discuss maintenance?
A: In the first instance call or email Warners directly. Call during office hours Monday – Friday. Or use the contact us page on this website.
Q: How long are the contracts?
A: New Grounds Maintenance Contracts are always for a minimum of twelve months and can then be reviewed each year or at the end of the contract term. We prefer to sign up clients long term to help build a working relationship plus we can usually freeze the annual maintenance cost helping any client with overheads control.
Q: Who carries out the maintenance work?
A: We have our own teams of gardeners operating out of liveried vehicles who carry out the work on each site. They are initially shown round to ensure that they understand each site and its individual requirements taking account of any particular client requests.
Q: Do we have to provide a compost area on site?
A: No, All green waste is removed off site and disposed of at an independent green waste recycling site where it is recycled into high grade garden compost.
Q: Do we have to pay for the maintenance contract up front?
A: No, all maintenance contracts are worked out on an annual basis. This cost is then invoiced monthly at one twelfth of the annual cost.
Q: Who manages the maintenance contract?
A: We organise regular site visits to monitor the quality of work carried out to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Q: What happens if we have a request outside of the agreed contract
A: Any special or one off requests are looked at on an individual basis. A separate quotation will be raised for approval.
Q: What happens if we have a concern?
A: In the first instance contact our office. We shall return that call within 24hrs to arrange a site visit to discuss any queries you may have.
Q: Are your staff DBS checked
A: Yes, all our staff have been through a DBS check and we provide a list of current checked employees to clients. In addition all staff carry a photograhic ID card which shows thier individual DBS number.
Q: Do we have to notify our site insurance company?
A: We have full public and employers liability insurance cover in place. Copies of this are sent on request to our clients for their assurance.
